Ka’anapali Conservation Request Issued Through Oct. 1

This is an important water conservation reminder. Due to extended well repair times, our remaining wells are stretched to meet current water demand. As such, we are asking all of Ka’anapali’s large users—along with residential customers—to limit any non-essential water use until October 1, when the water supply/demand status will be reevaluated. Please limit outdoor usage as much as possible to early morning and evening hours and use only as much water as necessary indoors for health and safety purposes.

Our primary objectives are to maintain water quality, allow for aquifer replenishment, and keep our tanks full for fire protection. We ask everyone to be conscious of water conservation and do their part in being good stewards of our precious and limited resource.

Should you have questions, please reach out to Ka’anapali Superintendent Efren Ugalino at [email protected] or (808) 781-2664.

Mahalo for your cooperation and understanding.
