Recipients were awarded a scholarship ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 for a total of $80,000.

4 out of 13 recipients received the grand-prize scholarship. The four grand-prize recipients are majoring in molecular and cellular biology, applied and computational mathematics, political science, biochemistry, and economics.
