Monthly Water/Fire Consumption Charge

In addition to the Minimum Monthly Service Charge Per Installed Meter, there will be a monthly water quantity charge of $3.0709 per 1,000 gallons.

Non-Residential Conservation Fixed Charge

The following will be assessed monthly on a per meter-size basis for Non-Residential meters in addition to the Meter charge shown above:

Private Fire Service Charges

For each connection for automatic fire sprinklers or other private fire protection, there shall be a charge per month based on the size of the connection, as follows:

Power Cost Charge

In addition to the Monthly Meter Charge and the Monthly Water Consumption Charge, there will be a Power Cost Charge per 1,000 gallons of metered water usage per month. The amount of the Power Cost Charge shall be calculated as follows:

Electric Power Cost Per Thousand Gallons = Previous Month’s electrical cost per kWh Times 5.5615 kWh per thousand gallons Times 1.06385 (Public Service Company Tax and PUC Fee)

Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (“TCJA”) Credit

Pursuant to Order 41984, all customers will receive a flat monthly credit to their bills beginning October 9, 2025, and ending 12 months later on October 9, 2026.

Coronavirus 2019 Pandemic (“COVID-19”) Surcharge

Power Cost Charge

Non-Potable Irrigation Rate Schedules for Golf Courses

General Service Rates

Monthly Non-Potable Irrigation Consumption Charge for Golf Courses

There shall be a monthly non-potable irrigation consumption charge for golf courses of $0.1324 per 1,000 gallons.

Power Cost Charge

In addition to the Monthly Non-Potable Irrigation Consumption Charge, there will be a Power Cost Charge per 1,000 gallons of metered non-potable water usage per month. The amount of the Power Cost Charge shall be calculated as follows:

Electric Power Cost Per Thousand Gallons = Previous Month’s electrical cost per kWh Times 0.4191 kWh per thousand gallons Times 1.06385 (Public Service Company Tax and PUC Fee)

Pursuant to Order 41984, all customers will receive a flat monthly credit to their bills beginning October 9, 2025, and ending 12 months later on October 9, 2026.

Contribution in Aid of Construction

Water

As a condition to receiving water service, the customer will be required to pay a one-time contribution in aid of construction to the Company determined in accordance with paragraph 7 of Rule XI of these Rules and Regulations. Payment shall be made in accordance with paragraphs 10 and 11 of Rule XI of these Rules and Regulations. This contribution in aid of construction is in addition to the connection charge provided for in paragraph 5 of Rule IV of these Rules and Regulations.

Sewer

As a condition to receiving sewer service, the customer will be required to pay a one-time contribution in aid of construction to the Company determined in accordance with paragraph 7 of Rule XI of these Rules and Regulations. Payment shall be made in accordance with paragraphs 10 and 11 of Rule XI of these Rules and Regulations. This contribution in aid of construction is in addition to the connection charge provided for in paragraph 5 of Rule IV of these Rules and Regulations.

Non-Potable Irrigation

Customer shall pay to the Company the actual cost to construct new irrigation water source, storage, transmission and pumping of non-potable irrigation water facilities required to provide irrigation water for golf course use to the new customer with such new facilities becoming an integral portion of the overall non-potable golf course irrigation system serving all such similar customers.
