Hawaii Water has partnered with ATA Engineering to conduct a field survey and verification of our wastewater system within the Pukalani service area. This 4-8-week effort, which will begin on Monday, June 1, will provide us with information that will allow us to make system improvements that will benefit our community for years to come.
Throughout this survey, crews will use GPS equipment and drones to locate manholes, associated pipelines (including pipe inverts), and other critical assets such as pump stations. Work will begin in areas where these facilities are easily accessible.
In some cases, access to pipeline easements located on private properties may be necessary to complete the survey.
